Why Armenia

A practical base, not a fantasy move.

A workable time zone

GMT+4 sits between Europe and Asia. Mornings overlap with Europe. The working day still reaches clients further east.

Small enough to start

Armenia is a quieter first base than the usual “move abroad” cities, with a growing circle of founders, freelancers, and international professionals.

English where work happens

In tech and remote-work circles, English is a normal working language. You do not need Armenian to take a first step.

Between regions

The country sits between Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, with diaspora ties in many of the places people already work with. It can be a base, not only a visit.

The industry

IT in Armenia is a real sector.

Most of it sits in Yerevan. The work is software: product companies built here, engineering offices of larger firms, and a wide layer of people who work for clients abroad. It is one of the country’s main exports.

Help with the practical layer: a local SIM, everyday setup, address registration, individual entrepreneur registration, and a bank-account application. Banks approve accounts themselves. Legal and tax questions go through qualified local professionals. We coordinate the path. We do not promise an approval.

The pilot

It starts in Tesvan — our own building in Sevan.

Tesvan is ours. The workspace is already in the building: desks, internet, a kitchen, space for meetings and calls, heating, and backup power. Sevan is on the lake — quieter than Yerevan, and close enough for a day in the city.

This is the first location, not a rule about where you have to live. If you want Yerevan, or you are not sure yet, say so in the form. The pilot is how we learn where this should grow.

Workspace is one part of it. The point is to live and work from Armenia, not only to rent a desk.

Do I have to live in Sevan?

The pilot workspace is in Sevan, in our building. If you want another city, tell us. That answer is useful.

What does it cost?

We are not publishing prices yet. If there is a fit, we talk through options on the call.
